Gregg Saxe is a civil trial lawyer whose practice primarily includes the prosecution and defense of individuals and business entities in commercial litigation disputes, breach of contract cases, and cases involving real property.  With over 34 years of experience, he has hands on experience in how to successfully present a case to a judge or jury, and how to effectively position a case for successful resolution prior to trial, involving pre-trial motions or effective mediation strategies.  Mr. Saxe has tried cases before judges and juries in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Galveston Counties, and has argued cases before the Houston Court of Appeals.  He approaches his cases proactively and cost-effectively.  With his clients, he formulates a case strategy for swift resolutions to their legal problems.

Gregg also has extensive experience in representing company’s other legal needs, including and negotiating contracts, loan agreements, leases and real property documents, assuring his client’s agreements are clear, unambiguous and enforceable.

Gregg has been married to his wife, Maria for 23 years.  They have five children and two grandchildren whose lives they enjoy mentoring, participating and staying involved with.  They enjoy travel (to warm places), Houston Texans football (season ticket holders since day one) and entertaining their friends.



Gregg earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School in 1980.  He attended undergraduate school at Susquehanna University, earning his bachelor of arts in political science in 1977.
